The Program is designed to propel you into a leadership role within our organisation
You will develop your professional skills across various disciplines, departments and cultures and obtain all-round understanding of our global operations.
After an initial training period in Germany, you will work three different Job Assignments in three different global locations.
Each Job Assignment will last 18-24 months and you will have a designated Tutor throughout the whole duration of the Program.
